ISDI were approached by RSP Systems to undertake a custom design for a near-infrared (NIR) sensor for their Touch Glucose Monitoring™ products. This sensor, initially targeted for a small desktop system, will be used in a smartwatch-style device for non-invasive blood analysis based on Raman spectroscopy, eliminating the need to take frequent blood readings via finger-prick tests or patches.
